The G(r)eek Army Contribution Program from Archimedes Finance is now live!

We are excited to announce our G(r)eek Army Contribution Program.

As we prepare to launch soon, we want to make sure we give our community the opportunity to be part of this great journey and be part of this army of BUIDLers. The sooner the community engages with our project, the richer it is for the DeFi community: more knowledge will be shared, more education will be done, more people will understand about leverage trading, Archimedes will become a better project and product, more people will understand why Archimedes is a more sustainable and better investment opportunity.

We welcome you to participate, potentially make some $ARCH or gain status within our community, and put your name behind the upcoming protocol leading innovation in the intersection of DeFi and leverage trading!

How the G(r)eek Army Contribution Program works

The program is starting with three main task forces:

1. Content Creation: If you are creative or knowledgeable about DeFi or Archimedes, if you think your design, animations, video, articles (new content or translations), memes/GIFs/emojis will add value to our community, please join this task force.
2. Media Referrals: If you are well connected with influencers, podcasts, youtubers, or journalists and can make an introduction to our team, this task force is for you.
3. Community Building and Ambassadors: You like engaging in Discord and it energizes you to discuss topics online, answer users, foster interesting discussion, build connections, help projects with their communities. This is for you. Bonus point if you bring in your friends to our Discord server — yes, if you bring in engaged members, we will reward you as part of this task force!
4. Other: Do you see value in other types of contributions? Please propose to the team and we’ll evaluate.

When does it start? It begins today, on July 29th, 2022.

Until when? We will run this for 6 weeks.

Only for 6 weeks? Yes, but… We will consider keeping the task forces that are working well and we may add other task forces as we see need.

To contribute:

• Go to the G(r)eek Army section > #program-introduction channel on Archimedes’ Discord.
• Choose one or more workstreams to access the rules and the instructions to each Unit on how to participate. Please read it carefully!
• Complete a task, and submit your work through the form.

How is one rewarded and what are the rewards?

We will ONLY reward accepted contributions, which are contributions judged as what will add value to the community and project. The acceptance process is:

1. Content Creation: We’ll review your content, what value it adds, and if we post / use your content, we will reward you.
2. Media Referrals: We will reward you a fee for any media posted via your referral.
3. Community Building and Ambassadors: We will reward you for your engagement measured by our bots and for your members brought in.
4. Other: Depending on the contribution, we’ll evaluate with you on how to best reward you.

The reward amounts will be defined according to the market and will come in either as $ARCH or as status in the community — we want to be fair and transparent and reward you according to what the market is currently doing.

Please note:

• This will be valid for 6 weeks. We may extend specific aspects or units of the program after the 6 weeks as we plan to decentralize more and more, but we’ll let you know which aspects are going to be extended.
• For your contribution to be eligible for a reward, it needs to be accepted by our team and you need to be a member of our Discord server and follow us on Twitter.
• We will be rewarding just the contributions adding value to our community and project. The judgment of the value add is to our resident team’s discretion as we are looking for long term engagement and partnerships.
• If members are inviting new accounts or accounts that are leaving the server, we will not reward for those to avoid alts.
• If you leave our Discord server after your contribution is accepted, we won’t be rewarding you.
• If your contribution is rejected, it doesn’t mean you can’t improve it and try again! We won’t be able to provide feedback at this time, but we encourage you to look at other contributions being approved and improve upon yours.
• We will not use any contribution that isn’t accepted in respect to the community. If we use your contribution, it means we’ll reward you.
• Some of the rewards will only happen within 1 week after TGE as we prepare the logistics.
• Rewards may be given as $ARCH token or as status in community via uplevelling.
• Token rewards will be made to our discretion and are not guaranteed as we judge value added to the community and protocol.
